Google Classroom allows for options for access to gamification in your classroom. Upon further investigation there are add on that can be incorporated to cut down administrative task required of teachers. The main one I found to be of particular interest was Bookwidget. Which provides interactive learning opportunities for students.

Individual Reflection

We chose google classroom because of how much we were seeing it in our link to practice.  We wanted to get comfortable using it without being overwhelmed in the beginning of practicum.  I think our group was really good about distributing the workload.  We each took an aspect of the inquiry project and researched it and presented our portion of the findings. It was very interesting looking into google classrooms under the lens of FIPPA.  I did not realize how political the choice to use Google Classroom is or the competition that exists within the education online sphere.  I believe this will help me as an educator in the future because it will enable me to make an informed decision on what online platform I use.
